Dupe teaches about job to less experienced dupe

An idea to let dupes train in a job faster than the passive gain from just being assigned to the job, but not as fast as from first-hand experience:

Once a dupe has mastered a job, that dupe could take on a teacher role to a student dupe who was still training at that job; the student would follow the teacher around everywhere.  While travelling or doing errands unrelated to the job the teacher would talk to the student about the job, so the student would train that job just a bit faster.  While the teacher was doing an errand related to the job the student would learn from observation, training faster still. The increase in the training rate of the student should be balanced by the fact that the student wouldn't be performing any errands (other than following the teacher), compared to a dupe doing errands while passively training just from being assigned to the job.  If that wouldn't be enough to balance it out, then some sort of debuff could be applied to the teacher, like making them do their errands more slowly.
