Mutineer Posted April 29, 2018 Author Share Posted April 29, 2018 NO, I saw 2 engineers tune up coal reactors at the same time and then they left. They have the higher priority of Operate, which I believe that is. The only difference I can see that coal generators have priority 9 and hydrogen do not have priority I can set. It was about 5 cycles after I build Hydrogen generator I noticed it does not get Tuned, and after that I observe dupes ignore it for 5 more cycles. After that, I save and went to sleep. Today after work I log in and dupes went to tune it. It seems tuning does not start until you reload your save. So, problem fixes itself by saving/loading.
