Crop Water Requirement

Personally, I think crops requiring 20Kg of water a cycle is quite ridiculous. A Crop needs 5 milk gallons of water a day? 

I could see at most 5Kg and even that is pushing it. Yes, I understand bringing in ranching for new food supply is fine and dandy. But I prefer large automated farms over waiting ages for critters to puke eggs and ages to incubate that egg to then use as eggs or to kill and use in BQ. Breeding I see more beneficial for sustainability using their resource/skills to continue sustaining yourself easier.

Especially with the new geysers where getting sustainable liquid from them are far more challenging than with the old ones.

You can use mushrooms, they don't need water. Use water-using plants in late game. Problem Solved.
