blash365
Since the last update every critter seems to require 12 tiles of farming space to be free of the "overcrowded" status effect. I would like to suggest that different critters should have different requirements to their biome: shine bugs: the are floating around, so 12 tiles of "elbow-space" seems to be a reasonable factor for their well being hatches: they are stuck to the floor, so having a 20 tile high silo is no use for them. It would be better to have some kind of "accessable floor-tile" requirement for them (e.g. each hatch requires 5 tiles). This would require players to be more creative with their farm layout (e.g. creating a "parcour" with stairs for their hatches) pufts: they like to rise up and float down. Their requirements should create more emphasize on floating up (e.g. each puft requires at least 4 tiles of vertical movement) slickers: no good idea yet
blash365
Just for the record: the hatch-bitat that is currently being presented in the livestream is exactly what i had in mind for hatches when posting this.
