Ugh Zug
dups tend to kill themselves while completing their orders... fix it.
Zarquan
I think a major part of the game is making sure your orders are safe. There are also times where you have to order a dupe in to a situation they might not survive or they might not think they will survive.

BlueLance
To be honest Zarquan does have a point, if you go and dig out a tile supporting sand up and dont clean that up its your fault not the dupes. And changing the AI so that Dupe A doesnt dig the tile Dupe B will need later to walk away causing him to be stuck is too difficult to predict since dupes dig at different speed, are at different distances etc. You then get a warning they cannot reach food (Thats your first warning), And one that they cannot reach a bed (Assuming that dupe B has one, thats your second warning), and then at 50% oxygen or so you get another warning in red that they are suffocating (Thats your final warning) if your ignoring them then its kinda your own fault. Food I would agree with, you would assume the guy who is starving to death would be the first to eat.... not the case. Toilets are a similar boat, and as the game ticks take longer they just wet themselves. But the devs have been working on it and I have yet to see the wetting themselves at high cycles . Dupes entombing other dupes with buildings.... now this is stupid AI
