Jencova
It wouldn't let me post this under the bug forum, so I'll just have to do it here. :/ I noticed that at the start of a new game that one of my Dupes which had the snoring flaw was bugged. The Dupe would snore three tiles left, and two tiles right. It's not a major, but it's a bug nontheless. Zillvr
Hello at @Jencova, welcome to the forums. Are you sure you aren't able to post to the Klei Bug Tracker for ONI? The Add New Bug button has no user restrictions as far as I know. Are you unable to access this link? (https://forums.kleientertainment.com/klei-bug-tracker/oni/?do=form&d=4) Add screenshots if possible so the devs can easily determine what's wrong if its a graphical issue with the game. Cheers. randomdupe
Need a pic to be sure, but i think what is going on is that the snoring effect originates from the bottom left corner of the cot, and not the center. This causes the effect to extend three tiles to the left and only two tiles to the right of the cot because it has to pass over the right tile of the cot. Because of this even if the snorer effects the right side of another dupes cot, but not the left, it will not wake them because the dupe is on the left side. This is also the the square where decor effects are taken from while the dupe sleeps. I know some people don't ever want to take snoring dupes, but I don't mind them. I once took two loud snorers to experiment with cot distances to understand this better. Once you get comfy beds though, they can be right next to each other and snorers will not wake up other dupes. Vim Razz
The snoring effect centers on the dupe's head, rather than the center of he cot.
