blash365 Posted February 12, 2018 Share Posted February 12, 2018 Occasionally i want to replace parts of my plumbing/venting with a different material of the same kind (e.g. abyssalite for isolation, granite for temperature exchange). In the current version i have to deconstruct and rebuild, which loses all gas/liquid within the system. One of the alternatives to that is rebuilding each vent/pipe with an insulated version (and vice versa), which upon completion can be again replaced with a normal version of different material than in the beginning. This process allows me to retain the contents of my vents/pipes. It would be nice if i could drop the middlestep and directly rebuild the entire system with different materials.
