Save selected deconstruct filter

Please make deconstruct filter to remember last set value when loading a game.

I always set this filter on "buildings" but sometimes I forget to check it after loading a game and then some structures are deconstructed along with some walls that I actually wanted to deconstruct.

I too am generally in an overlay when deconstructing other things so buildings is my main on the general tool
