Tobruk
Do they stop cooling the air after reaching certain temperature or do they operate it whenever they have nothing else to do? I was wondering whether I could use it as a supporting equipment to stay near 20 degrees for my plants, but Hydrofans don't have any automation inputs. This is what I have conceived to stop them (or at least try to stop them) from operating Hydrofan below 20 degrees - by closing the door with water supply Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/87174-do-duplicants-know-when-to-stop-operating-hydrofan/ Share on other sites
dinosaur1831
Hydrofans provide almost no noticeable cooling, so I doubt you'll have any problems with the temperature dropping below 20 °C. In saying that, if you ever want to stop them using the hydrofans, you could probably just disable them. Pretty sure dupes use them just like any other job in priority order.
