Behind The Scenes & Questions for Devs

Hello,

First of all, thank you for creating this wonderful, exciting and beautifully game..! I've been playing the game since its first alpha-release. This game is my favorite game all the time, so thank you for that. I keep track of the ONI game (until first-release) and the updates.

As a Game Developer, I have a few questions to ask the developers. (
Educational purpose only, i'm not a messenger or a publicist)
I'm reviewing some of the code-changes in the a few updates. For example, in this update ;
-Things that were Moppable, were giving the DiggingSpeed attiburite insted of TidyingSpeed
-Things that were Repairable, were giving the ConstructionSpeed attiburite
-MessageTable is now only prefered Chore-Regardless
-bla bla, I'm not unemployed enough to look at everything :D I don't give spoiler for future-updates!


I have a few questions to ask Devs; (I'm sure there are some curious people like me ;) )

-How you manage a project so large, hundreds of Classes, project folders, namespaces etc... ?
-What Design Softwares do you use when you make the game ? (Photoshop, Blender etc.)
-
How do you do the Unit and Stable Tests ?
-Where do you take notes of next-updates, TODO lists, FIX lists ? Do things ever mix with the other ?
-How to manage Team Plan ? (Who
 will do what work, etc.)
-How long did it take to code from
the beginning (I mean, development time)
