Entrails Posted February 1, 2018 Share Posted February 1, 2018 Why is there no heavy wire bridge? There are only wire bridges and conductive wire bridges. So if you want to use wire bridges with your heavy wire right now you have to wait until you can make conductive wire. Which since it requires plastic can be a very long time. Why are there still no hatches in the game! People have suggested this so many times that I'm kind of baffled why Klei hasn't responded. Turning a 1x2 door sideways is awkward and seems like a hack. And its not visually...pleasant? Also, you have to deconstruct a ladder if its in the way to do this. So dupes travelling vertically have to wait for the sideways door to open, jump the gap, and then continue on their way. Why not have a 1x1 hatch that can only be used horizontally that will coexist with ladders?
