megamix159
is it posseble to add separation of Abyssalite mats for building cold and hot for Insulated Tiles? so that they dont mix random. if heat is needed on one side you use the hot ones and cold at the other side.. separate at 10 degrees maby.. vovik
You already have quite an amount of possible ways to move heat around, with abbysalite being an imperfect insulator and vacuum perfect one.. what do you need then? Zarquan
I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about, but I think what you are saying is that some built tiles of abyssalite are hotter than others, which looks really weird on the thermal overlay, and you would like them to make it so the dupes will separate the different temperatures so that there aren't wild differences between two neighboring tiles. If so, I've noticed this too and I also find it annoying that one tile is 40C and the tile next to it is 10C. It makes it difficult to spot mistakes in the abyssalite walls, where I accidentally built one tile out of sandstone or something. It would be nice if either the dupes made an effort to separate them or all abyssalite spawned in at the same temperature. I mean, the temperature of abyssalite doesn't really have an effect, so setting it all to 20C at the beginning should not really impact the game.
