You need to find the flag on the level (the one that lets you switch items/clothes) You pick the hunter clothes and any 2 items...(let's say spikes and bugs) On the left spike, on the right bugs After you get back in the level, if you change clothes again and pick nightmare, and pick the item on the right...the item on the left will still be there...allowing you to an extra item... It only works using hunter and then nightmare... I recorded it...but since I play on xbox, I had to film it with a normal camera...sorry for the bad quality...
