DeuteriumCore
Hi guys! I just bought the game yesterday and it was really fun! Now, I noticed a few "problems" and issues with it. Here they are: Alt-Tabbing causes the taskbar to show up; the workaround is to change resolutions (very inconvenient) Wires: Some wires overload even if it is serving only a small load... That's not how wires work (will this be fixed soon, or is it supposed to work like this?) Equipment: I don't get the overload mechanic Thank you! P.S. I'm an electrical engineer and the "issues" with power really annoys me Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/84683-just-bought-the-game-where-and-how-do-i-post-bugs-and-ideas/ Share on other sites
AlexRou
When you got to the forums do you not see different sections called general, suggestions and feedback, bug tracker, etc...??? https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forum/118-oxygen-not-included/ As for the "bugs" with wires please give screenshots, and no wires do not work as you think they do. Wires overload when the total consumers on one continuous section of wire uses more wattage than that wire can handle. Alpe12
The energy works as segments, isolated by power transformers. If you have a segment that have a power use of more than 1kw, you can't put a normal wire in it. Doesn't matter if the normal cable is only connected to 1 lamp. If the consumption is bigger than 1kw, it will overload. You have to isolate these segments by using power transformers.
