Probable calculation mistake

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I think calculation of estimate heat dissipation from thermo aquatuner is false

The energy to cool 1kg of water of 14K is : E = 14K x 4.179J/g/K x 1000g = 58 510 W = 58.51 kW.

In game we have 58.51 W. Therefore anti-entropy-nullifier (with 400W) is ridiculous in front of a thermo aquatuner.

I don't know if you wanted this so I inform you.

Thx, Ursifang.

My understanding of how the aquatuner works is that there's the heat of operation, which is 50 w, but is then multiplied by the hidden multiplier of 200 which affects all building heat of operation output.  So that is 10 kW that the aquatuner generates in operation.  Then, there is also the heat moved out of the liquid, which the aquatuner also moves to the environment around the aquatuner.  This is substantially greater, 10 kg/s of polluted water moves 14 * 6* 10000 = 840 kW .  These are not intended to substitute for each other, they are both produced and summed into the aquatuners environment.  The entropy nullifier should remove 400 w * 200 hidden multiplier, or 80 kW, are you sure about your 400 kW figure?  You've taken the 1/5 mass reduction into account?
