Active -> Charge > 0 Standby -> Charge == 0 Even better would be a sensor that is Active when powered, and Inactive when unpowered. I tried setting up a small room for some flying mobs and trap them there with the new lure. You know, have a door shut automatically once there inside the room. Thought it would be doable with a pressure plate but then find out flying mobs don't even trigger it (suppose it makes sense since they're a flying object) You could probably still trap it using some other more unreliable, more complicated and less automated way. But at that point I thought this would be way simpler and easier if there was a sensor.
