Michi01 Posted November 3, 2017 Share Posted November 3, 2017 I think dupes that are standing behind a checkpoint shouldn't be able to open doors that are past that checkpoint. In the screenshot below for example, a duplicant is waiting behind a checkpoint inside an airlock. Since they are only one tile away from the door that they are trying to go through, the door is already open, preventing the airlock from properly working. Having the door a space further would work. But obviously thats another 4 tiles of space where you are trying to empty gas, not much help. Out of curiosity, i know that pump uses less electricity but at 50g/s can it make that room a vacuum quickly enough? If it can then i wonder if people will prefer it over the 4 door airlock. I think i would because then I am not destroying oxygen.
