How to remotely press a key?

Say for example I want to press f every 0.05 seconds(under a certain condition), but through the client.

There are so many edge cases to this general question I can't even begin to rattle them off.

What's the end goal?

To simulate a key press, I'm looking for a command that once entered into the console will do the exact same thing as me pressing a key(for say 1 second?).

Or if done through a mod then say, press 'a' for 1 second-> release, press 'f' for 0.25 seconds->release-> press 'd' for 1 second-> release("triggered" when click say 'h').
