Germy germs, the smell of germy polluted water...

I'm considering the former trench stench...Seems like it would be relatively easy to create a stench psuedo germ that manifests from the out gassing of germs polluted water - causing the smelled a bad smell interruption. Something easily avoided in an exosuit...of course.

I definently think that polluted water and polluted oxygen should have a negative debuff along the lines of smell!

Dupes come from another world, where poo and the smell of it, is worth gold!
That is where our "stinkrich" is coming from. Perhaps dupes are the constructors of pyramids, lost knowledge, you know.

Anything like real life it would release all kinds of odor and poisoness gases like Co2, H2S, and methane

I for one think fart gas would be interesting. Even so, having it outgas random, po2, methane, etc would also be an interesting mechanic.
