Ryanpkmn Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 I love all of the creatures in Oxygen not included and am ecstatic any time a new one is added, however their utility seems to be minimal at best. Yes, each creature does have a useful ability, such as making slime, but the creatures random movement can make it difficult to use them to their fullest. What I suggest is an ability to capture the creatures and either A: Move them so that a room can be tailored to their needs or B: Create a new farming device such as a Terrarium to put the creature in. This way once a creature is discovered, their ability can be used more easily for the colony. On top of this, new creatures could be used to replace certain devices;I.E a creature the consumes Carbon Dioxide, but excretes an eatable bar. I'd Like to know what the others in the community and/or the devs think about implementing more creature manipulation. Slicksters do that and give you crude oil. All the creatures have some sort of useful functions.
