Oil Can for WX-78 (Addition to Winona)

If Winona is gonna be a DST exclusive character, then she needs to be synergistic with other characters in some way (because if not, why isn't she in DS?). 

So you know that scene from The Wizard of Oz, where the rusty Tin Man needs an oil can to start moving? Well, what if Winona can craft an Oil Can and can use it on WX-78 characters to increase their running and crafting speed? This way, you have a good team-up. 

It also perfectly fits with her mechanic character.

I think she isn´t in DS because back then Charlie wasn´t in control of the world.

As an alternative to your idea, Winona could be able to craft a Toolbox, which would increase the crafting speed of any character holding it, and its durability would degrade with each craft (bigger things costing more durability). Then she would be a good team-up with anyone.

Then again, she already helps the team with Trusty Tape, so I don´t really know. (I still wish it could be used with more things, like tools and structures, though).
