OxygenLover69
When you discover bleach stone for the first time, it gets automatically checked for collection by storages, unlike rot pile for example. My dupes start putting it inside my base if i forget to uncheck it, filling my base with chlorine. Please make the game not check chlorine for collection automatically! The Plum Gate
@OxygenLover69, Quit checking the all box. Go into your consumable ores drop down and click the coal. This will put a point next to that category and dupes will not collect everything from that category. You can then copy those settings elsewhere. This holds true for any category of storage of anything. edit; make sure it's a pinpoint and not a check. currently the check shows in the super category rather than a pinpoint - I think this is a bug. First thing I do is make sure slime, liquifiables and bleachstone is not collected using the aforementioned technique. I'll then go and specify places where I want these things. You have to encounter these in order for them to show up, but if you have that all button checked, it will assume you want all - so isolate something you don't want collected on that list and copy your settings, this should reset the 'all' mechanic, any new containers you make won't have storage particulars assigned yet so you really should have the specifics set up elsewhere and just use the copy settings feature. ...you can drag that like a dig command, btw. I know you can bypass the issue, but if game doesn't automatically check the Rot Pile box upon discovery, why should it for bleach stone? Like I said, make sure it's a bullet on consumable ores. Otherwise you might try suggesting that there be a different category for 'sanitation materials' or something similar.
