After a restart of the game and a new world disease food poisoning is back and working as intended. This video will also serve as a beginners guide if you have trouble getting started in the game. The food poisoning don't even spread with the polluted water from the polluted water tank... It took me a long time to get them sick as you can see from this video. But it is interesting when they do get sick. Have patience with the videos if they don't show at first youtube is a bit slow... Getting sick video And curing them was not easy because they think showering is more important than getting cured... If it was the idea of having toilet and food nearby. So they stay in bed and let others aid them. It does not really work as intended. They run all over the place. Final recovery video If you look at the video it makes it clear that disease is almost a non issue in this version of the game OU-229982. If it takes over an hour of dedicated trying to get them sick. Why is it in the game at all ?? Nerfing this come on. If anything they should make the disease more aggressive.
