polluted dirt recycler and animal replication and algae farming

Recommended Posts

ok so this is a 3 parter

part 1 polluted dirt recycler this would add a new menu to the distillary so you can select slime to dirty water and also polluted dirt to dirty water and in return you get sand so you can reuse your filter material.

part 2 this adds a machine called the Creature Replication Unit with Electric Lasers C.R.U.E.L. for short but also you get the goop maker and this thing makes the goop that you use to make the creatures and uses water and things like sandstone and igneous rocks but you need a sample of the creature so you need to corner it in a room and extract choose make creature goop and how much you need then once the vials of goop are made you go to the creature maker and make the amount of creatures you want (getting samples will damage the creature) the creatures are put on the ground in cages and so the cage is taken to a creature deployer so you release the creature into that area so you can farm creatures but also to create creatures instead of using rocks you can use meal lice or other foods (like meat or sleet wheat) as a substitute

part 3 a new plant that allows you to make algae but uses algae as a seed and a special planter for the algae

You can create unlimited amount of algae

polluted water -> polluted oxygen -> (puft) slime -> (bio distiller) algae

But there's little use for algae in later game.

Wasn't it something like 30 tiles of exposed polluted water at near 800 kg/tile required to generate enough polluted oxygen for one duplicant? That plus water level management for multiple of these basins makes it a bit of a hassle to set up.

And for industrial scale conversion of polluted oxygen -> oxygen, an oxygen liquefier might be more suitable in the late game.
