Problems with mods in DST

I have been having really strange problems with some mods lately, and I was wondering if someone could try to help me out. I apologize if this has some easy solution, but I am somewhat of a newcomer to the game so bear with me. This might be a little long winded, but I thought it would be helpful to explain the breadth of my issue.

It started when I tried to join my friend's server that we had been working on, and I got a "Disconnected due to missing mods" error. This didn't make sense as it had been working fine the previous day, and my other friend (who has zero mods) could join the server with no problems. I tried uninstalling all my mods, didn't work. I tried just having the mods that were on the server, still didn't let me join. 

Now when I go into the mods menu in game, all the mods that I was previously subscribed to appear as "workshop-#########" (a string of 9 numbers) that says they're by "unknown" and are incompatible. Clearing or trying to update these mods does nothing, and while I can download new mods, if I try to resubscribe to any of these past mods that now look like this, they do not appear in game. 

 

I have tried verifying the game's files, uninstalling the game, and clearing my download cache, but nothing I do appears to get rid of these mods. They do appear in the game's mod folder, but trying to manually delete them from the local files has been fruitless for me so far as every one of my attempts to give myself permission to delete them has failed. This has been kind of driving me crazy, and I was wondering if someone had any ideas to help me somehow get these mod "remnants" out of my game. Maybe you don't have permission to write things in this folder, resulting in strange results ?
