Any official method to build architectures by using specific materials

Not sure what you mean. If you want to use a specific material you just click the material when you chose the building, and you will build it from that material (provided you have it in sufficient quantity).

I means chose the location of the material with the required temperature. Not just the type of them.

   

That's a bit more tricky. But generally I use one storage compactor that I make almost from the start from the start place 18C or so sandstone, and I set  that to store all sandstone only. That means that all sandstone will be exactly the same temperature as the storage compactor, and that also means that all future storage compactors built from sandstone will be that temperature (unless your dupes decide to use the closest material which happens sometimes). You can do the same with other materials.

However, I suspect that the next update will change that so it's only valid for a few more days.
