bzgzd Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Gas permeable tiles are not isolating because they are in fact not on the heat map (similar with ladders), what is doing isolation is gas that is on their spot. There is no difference between copper or iron used because there is no copper or iron but some gas on that spot. In your case that is vacuum which isolates perfectly.
