Vincie
Well... I would love to see a pipe-loaded and unloded watertank/gastank - so I wiuld not have to build those wicked big rooms. Te water tank could house 6m^3(m^2?) of liquid (assuming that those should not be compressable) and dups should be able to get water directly from it, after reaching a certain level (f.e. min. of 50kg). It should not be too complicated and I am pretty sure everyone would freakin' love it! Ah, it would require to add intake vent to the pump too. EmielRegis
To be fair it should have exact same size like amount of water its storing would have. The advantage could be treating it as construction so dupes can walk beside it, can be placed inside base etc... Kargul85
Tanks for oxygen, water, hydrogen, it was a cool things You could be condensed to form a liquid gas that they take up less space Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/75139-tanks/#findComment-875373 Share on other sites
HabdomeRaider
Also, dupes could add to the tank manually from "Bottled" fluids or after mopping. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/75139-tanks/#findComment-875385 Share on other sites
ibew_sparky
There could be simpler tanks where liquids cannot be compressed, and other higher level ones where gasses can be compressed. If gasses were compressed the temperature of the tanks would be really low, would have ice forming around it etc. Also condensation would be a byproduct of the tanks, with some interesting science you could technically get free bottles of water from the humidity of the air condensing on the outside of the tanks. Maybe very high level research Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/75139-tanks/#findComment-875487 Share on other sites
