A Menu Similar to the Jobs Menu, but for Priority Management

I would love to have a way to be able to organize what tasks are more important than others.

For example I'd want it to use the core crafting menu's as a base eg.:

You can kind of see the idea above, and then there could be a drop downf or each menu item for specific priorities eg.:

Under Utility priority for liquid pipes could be set to 9, etc...
