i need help positioning the face onto the head

I've used the esctemplate character to try and make my own, and everything is going pretty smoothly. But one thing I can't figure out is how to have the face be positioned where I want it in game. I don't have any idea what to do in spriter, I just dragged it where I wanted it to be and saved the project. The face is always on the lower left of the head instead of the middle where I'm trying to get it. So can anyone help me out?

You need to change the position in the png images.
