Quoting the wiki: Quote It lasts 9 days and restores 6.6 sanity per minute while worn on a Boat. So it works just like Tam o' shanter, but the thing is, it only works while on a boat. alainmcd Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 .The Shark Tooth Crown is bugged: it won't start giving you sanity until you jump onto a boat with the crown already equipped.
