It's alright. Go to your profile, edit the settings, find WHO CAN SEND ME TRADE OFFERS?, set inventory to public and copy the link. Here's the screenshot for reference:

At the moment your settings aren't public, so we can't just drop you an offer. Changing this takes only a minute though. Good luck.
