[Server] Get rid of unneeded assets?

Hello!

I went to update my Dedicated Server files, when I realized Steam was going to download the whole "data/movies/intro.ogm" again. I don't know why. As far as I know, the source file didn't changed since it was introduced, and my local file is not corrupted or something.

Also, why would Dedicated Server build need this file, since we can only watch it via client?

I know I've been posting a lot of "offline related" stuff these days, but this is because I have very limited internet access at the moment, thus some things started to make sense now. Things which otherwise would not be noticed.

When you have a very limited amount of data/speed to surf the web, 102Mb makes all the difference, you know.

I can't think of any other files which could be possibly removed from the Dedicated Server depot on Steam, but they most likely exist.

I think that if the build could be revised in order to remove unneeded files, it would be a neat improvement.

The only difference I noticed in the "new" video is the volume: it's quieter. It seems really weird to have to redownload the whole video (which I doubt many people watch from within the game) for such a minor change.
