[MOD REQUEST] Performance Improving Mod

If it isn't much to ask, could somebody please make a mod that improves the in-game performance (When you're playing in a world)? My laptop is sadly a potato and I'm Venezuelan and the economy here is too though for me to get a new/better computer, sorry.
