Wubbafet Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 I am on day 700 and I started with 10 juicy bery bushes and because of disease I only have 2 juicy berry bushes left in my game. I cant find any berry bushes in the world. Would there ever be a transition to the different berry resource? I mean twiggy trees and grass changes phase over time. But not juicy berry bushes? I hate that in my lovely world I cant have a berry bush /juicy berry farm, because it slowly dies until there is nothing left. I want 2 kind of berry bushes in the world that changes over time when the other type dies off. I want to make bush hat, but it is clearly impossible. On the wiki I can't find any info how the transition between berry recources work. I'm pretty sure that birds can drop (yes, really) berry bushes. No joke, I've seen birds drop grass tufts, saplings, even a spider. I'm pretty sure the spider was a bug, though. I've had a world that has gone on for a while now, and I haven't seen juicy berry bushes, although the regular ones I replanted died thanks to disease. If I understand it correctly they only have a chance to appear in a world after a period? If your world spawns with Juicy berries, you can still obtain regular berries from Set Pieces, such as Guardian Pig set pieces or berry bushes around pig villages. Joking aside, I've never seen birds drop stuff like that! Though, I do see random saplings and bushes appearing on my world after extended periods of time, but I don't know if alternative resources can spawn that way.
