DSTserver connection refused

Recommended Posts

1G isn't very much RAM for a server.

A portion of that is going to be reserved for the OS and its parts, and the rest will be used by DST.

DST is a 32bit application (client and server) so it can use up to 2G before its memory manager will either catch that it's out of memory or cause an unexpected crash.

I'd recommend at least 4G for a simple server, though with the price of RAM being so low may as well get 8G if your mother board supports it.
