Stuff like bigfoot and rock lobsters on the surface should be togglable options...

Man, I was bummed when I found out there's no bell and bigfoot is basically cut from dst. I just play with friends so griefing isn't an issue.

I love rock lobsters though, i loved their insane population, and I love bigfoot, and the more I learn about dst the more bummed out I get about all the cool stuff that has just been cut from the game.

Make these things toggles, Klei. Even if they're initially set to off, give us the full experience... a surface world without a growing rock lobster population just goes against the don't starve I know and love. It's just disheartening.

DST should include all features on request, even if they're coop only.

In original DS & also RoG, any rock lobsters that were still on their "following timer" when you exited caves would follow you to the surface & they repopulated insanely. Awesome to have to fight hounds & bosses for you, but annoying for some with their invasive repopulation numbers after a short while, as even finding & killing all the ones you could find... Somehow new ones seemed to spawn from sinkholes still.

The ability to bring them to the surface in DST has been removed.

Chester glitch?... Never knew there was one. There's a Glommer glitch to re-spawn him a few times in the full moon night by re-logging after killing him without picking the flower, handy for early Krampus farming.

Rock lobsters to surface isn't a glitch though, it's made that way.
