Likely never I'm sorry to say. Unless someone here finds some huge optimization that makes the game go many times faster, it simply won't run well on older devices. And even if it did, does your android 4 device also have OpenGL ES 3? Because that's a minimum for graphics.

Wish it were otherwise, but such is the nature of ports.

I think 4.3+ is the minimum. 4.0 to 4.2 don't support OpenGL 3.0
