Besides the normal Health/Hunger/Sanity, my Inventory and crafting were both missing. Any clue to why this happens or What can fix it? In which case checking which mod causes this (or which combination of mods might cause this, though with a lot of them enabled, this might be quite tricky to find out) could help you deal with the problem. If you happen to find it, I would suggest reporting it to the developer(s) of the mod(s) that causes this issue.
