whismerhill
There is a point where sometimes a mod author temporarily loses interest or simply doesn't have the time to update their project. & sometimes people come to their aid and they agree to it. But then when you're a contributor on their mod, you apparently can't upload any files or change the description or whatnot. Can this be changed ? Thanks. Mobbstar
This is indeed a problem with Steam Workshop, and it has annoyed me a lot too. It's just as bad for the Klei website though. On GitHub, it is possible, but let's be honest, most people would see their abilities taxed by just downloading something from there. whismerhill
I would understand that Klei wouldn't have the manpower or the budget to extend their modding handling part Valve on the other hand .... I mean they were even going for paid mods for a while, and they didn't abandon the idea yet, so it would seem only logical that it should support it. Couldn't Klei pressure valve for such features ?
