I'd rather see that flat penalty ONLY when turning back on those full moon nights, not all the time cos turning in beaver form and back to normal is the whole point into chopping with him. if they would add that flat penalty then it will be crap character and Maxwell will have a even bigger advantage at chopping wood than him.
