It is possible that the save file will be corrupted and the world lost." - Bryce So short answer is no if you really don't want to risk losing saves at all, then don't use it for now. The feature was released but through the bug reports you read from people the devs will be able to iron out the bugs for the next build (hopefully). But if you decide to go for it eitherway, I'm sure the devs would appreciate any new bugs you uncover that results from merging SW and RoG worlds. Cheers.
