Mayhaps around the beach biome (Or just any island) there could be a layer of water deep enough to have your boat on yet shallow enough to walk in. Standing in it could make you super wet (Ladies) but cool you down in the dry season. Little too much? Just make the inland tide cool you down. Maybe. Unless you think this idea is dumb. Should go out with the tide and drift away in the wind! Or you could like totally game-logic the hell out of it while it's stuck on land by blowing it with a fan or wind. But I hate that idea.
