[Bug] beachresurrector blocks placement

I found a patch of ground with nothing visible on it that clearly had an invisible entity blocking placement. I determined that it was a beachresurrector, and added the FX tag to it manually. This resolved the issue; the beachresurrector prefab should probably be adding this.

No, I just want the game to work when I play it. And this is a particular kind of problem that I'm pretty familiar with (found it with the thunder sound emitters and the multiplayer spawn points previously), and Geometric Placement makes it much easier to sniff out.
