What's the best turf to stop flooding and the tides?

Recommended Posts

oh boy i wish there was a science behind it but the truth is that floods are the same in every turf and the tides only affect sand

if you want to make a base on sand and can't stop the water from getting to your base make a pitchfork and snatch some jungle/grassland/volcanic turf to place on your base

i personally prefer grassland because it looks pretty and it reminds me of stranded (game)

well, i literally make bases on the edges of grassy turf islands and no water ever gets in

are you sure you're not refering to the floods? floods: moonson season rain water , tides: sea water

if not then maybe its a natural thing and it doesn't work with artificially placed turf :S

On beach , on sand biome , i dig with pitch-fork some jungle grass and replace the sand turf by the grass , tide ( water who come and get out  from the sea ) id not blocked :( .

For the puddle from raining in mounsson season , i block it with sand bags , but the tide from the sea sometime bypass my sandbags and breaktrough by some place time to time , like a leak ...
