Issue title

The Umbrella rain protection bonus are not canceled by rowing

 

Steps to reproduce

 

* Have some heavy Rain 

* Take a boat with sail

* Equip Snakeskin Hat + Umbrella

* Wait until the sail wore off and disappear (I did not tried deequip it)

* Move the boat

 

Describe your issue

 

While the character is rowing (with both hands) the rain protection bonus (and I believe the insulation bonus) should be lost. Like the light from torches.

 

If this fix causes a big impact on gameplay maybe the sails could provide some rain protection.
