need basic mods for new server

Hey

I saw some ppl with with modded servers that has nice welcoming message when someone getting inside the server, with also infinite fire pit near the portal, and some costumized signs to explain about the server, and starter pack for each person.

I really like to make a server like that but I don't really know how to find these mods or any guide for that kind of server.

if anyone can help me i'll appreciate it.

 

Also I don't have any knowledge about codes and programming so please keep it simple for newbie like me.. and sorry for my bad english xD

I already found the starting kit for new players mod, but what I just can't find is a permanent camp fire with infinite fire, but only 1 of it at start. I only found infinite fire to ALL players. 

please help me bro
