skapmet Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 after playing over an hour on server i finally get my gift, when i was on my way to base to open it host said he needs to restart server, when i joined again my gift is gone and i have nothing in my Collection!!!why is that so cruel?! Developer nome Posted November 14, 2015 Developer Share Posted November 14, 2015 We've tried to be VERY careful not to lose people's gifts, so the good news is you should be OK there. Try closing the game and starting it again. Join someone's server and play for an (in-game) day or two. If you had a gift stuck in an unopened state from the previous time you were playing this should definitely fix it. If you still don't have your gift after all that please open a support ticket including your steamid or KU_ name and we'll look into what happened.
