Issue Title: Steam Achievements Frozen after Meta-Hacking

Issue Description: Hello,

I recently found out about the Meta-Hacking achievement, and unlocked it. I reset all of the files it listed with the 'copy' files I had from before, but now it doesn't allow me to unlock any more achievements.

Steps to Reproduce: Unlock Meta-Hacking, with other achievements remaining.

Then replace the changed files with the original files.

What method did you use to unlock the achievements? Which files were affected? Did you have any mods installed? And also could you post an invisibleinc.txt log(should be located at C:\Users\(yourUsername)\Documents\Klei\InvisibleInc\logs)?

 

Edit: I'm stupid. You should just go to your steam library, right click Invisible, Inc., click properties, go to the tab that says local files and verify integrity of game cache. This will redownload all files that have been modified.
