[Graphics] - Menu and in game clouds - weird graphics glitch

Issue Title: Menu and in game clouds - weird graphics glitch
Issue Description: Pictures speak for themselves. The background in menu around tree (where there is only "play" button) and when it is changing screen to load screen has some weird glitches.

Also in game when i scroll my point of view far away, right before clouds i see same kind of graphic problems as in menu, only more.

I am on MacBook Air 11' (1366x768) mid 2012, default specs, OS X 10.11
Steps to Reproduce: I guess open the game on MacBook Air 11'?
